Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Optimize and tune SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and views
Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and data requirements
Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability across reporting solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve data, ETL, and reporting issues
Support deployment, scheduling, and monitoring of SSIS jobs
Follow best practices for data modeling and visualization

Required

Strong hands-on experience with SSIS (ETL development)
Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
Expertise in SQL Server (2016 or above)
Experience with data warehousing concepts (facts, dimensions, star schema)
Experience working with large datasets and complex transformations
Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization
Experience with version control and deployment processes
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Azure Data Factory / Azure SQL
Experience with SSRS
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
Financial, healthcare, or enterprise data domain experience
