Track and report on improvement projects
Collaborate across teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
Support new product launches and capacity expansions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Expertise in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D tech
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
7+ years in production environments (FDA regulated preferred)
