Responsibilities
Manage a podcast end to end, including guest coordination, scheduling, production timelines, approvals, and publishing
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, editors, and internal stakeholders
Maintain episode calendars, asset delivery, and publishing schedules
Ensure consistency, quality, and deadlines across all podcast episodes
Manage existing online courses and support new program launches
Coordinate content uploads, module organization, and updates
Own timelines and deliverables for all digital programs
Keep documentation and workflows organized and current
Support sponsorship outreach, pitching, and follow-up
Coordinate sponsor communication and fulfillment
Track sponsor deliverables including ads, mentions, and assets
Maintain organized sponsorship trackers and pipelines
Use ClickUp to manage projects, deadlines, and accountability
Provide clear status updates and flag issues early
Ensure smooth handoffs between content, production, and partners
Keep nothing from falling through the cracks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Direct, hands-on experience working with a podcast is required
Proven experience managing digital programs, online courses, or content-driven initiatives
Strong technical skills and comfort learning new platforms quickly
Canva experience required for editing templates, graphics, and documents
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Strong project management and execution skills
Comfort supporting sponsorship outreach or partnership coordination
Advanced written and spoken English proficiency
Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
Preferred
Experience in women's health, healthcare, or education-based brands
Familiarity with content production and sponsorship workflows
Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams
