Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement
Maintain consistent and empathetic communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their case
Open and manage insurance claims, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, and private insurance liens
Coordinate medical treatment — scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and managing provider communication
Request, review, and organize documentation such as police reports, medical bills, and related records
Prepare case files for demand and negotiation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure each case progresses smoothly and efficiently
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in personal injury case management (plaintiff-side preferred)
Knowledge of personal injury law, claims handling, and medical terminology
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency with case management software (e.g., CasePeer) and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
