Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio exceeding $6M+ in annual project volume
Oversee projects from handoff through closeout, including:
Scheduling and coordination
Budget oversight and cost control
Client and GC communication
Change orders, billing, and closeout documentation
Collaborate closely with internal teams while maintaining accountability for project execution
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and support staff
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Division 8
Proven ability to manage large, complex commercial projects
Experience handling multi-million-dollar annual workloads
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Comfortable working fully on-site in a collaborative environment
