Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in the closing of commercial real estate financings and other transactional matters

Handle matters pertaining to title insurance, including examination of title and survey, and working with title companies to manage closings and resolve issues

Prepare closing documents, including UCC financing statements, closing instruction letters, and closing binders

Proficient in electronic recordings and official records searches

Assist with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other entities

Experience and proficiency with handling commercial closings and preparing closing documents, including, but not limited to, UCC financing statements, closing instruction letters, and closing binders

Proficiency in electronic recordings and official records searches

Experience with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other entities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organization skills and detail-oriented

Ability to communicate with clients, title officers, and to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
