Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to multiple litigation attorneys, including associates and partners
Draft, edit, proofread, and format litigation documents, correspondence, and presentations
Manage and prioritize assignments using internal workflow tools
Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems within the firm’s document management system
Handle time entry and expense reimbursements
Oversee billing processes, including prebills, approvals, revisions, and coordination with billing teams
Serve as a liaison between attorneys and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
Collaborate with other administrative professionals on complex or time-sensitive projects
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a law firm or legal environment under attorney supervision
Litigation support experience strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with legal software such as iManage, Aderant, or similar systems
Familiarity with law firm workflows, legal terminology, and billing processes
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in legal studies, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in a large or mid-size law firm environment
Comfort adapting to evolving technology, including AI-powered legal tools
