Marketing Specialist
Newby Management is a property management company specializing in the manufactured housing and RV industry. They are seeking a full-time marketing specialist to create, develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing initiatives to achieve goals and business plan objectives.

Responsibilities
Work with Supervisor to develop and implement growth strategy for Newby Management and Newby Realty
Develop strategic marketing plans for different business units, both at the corporate level and community level
Research local markets to develop unique and community specific advertising campaigns and budgets and make recommendations based on experience
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, Facebook ads, and Google ads to drive leads to Newby Realty
Maintain social media and event content and photos for Corporate website
Ongoing maintenance and content of community websites
Edit and optimize websites. Keep community websites updated
Prepare annual marketing budgets, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
Work with regional managers to analyze trends and results
Train community managers in social media posting and engagement. Report any deficiencies to Regional Manager
Identify marketing opportunities by research and analysis of the target market and competition
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends, then make recommendations based on the information
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; participation in trade shows and events related to our industry
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Coordinate annual RV Super Show event. Work with Regional Managers to ensure proper coverage for the event
Coordinate and order marketing materials and supplies according to budget
Qualification
Required
Creativity with the written word and with concept design
Excellent communication skills
Previous real estate experience a plus
Ability to prioritize
Knowledge of printing and graphic design
Working knowledge of web and social media value
Customer relationship management and brand development
Minimum of four-year degree, or previous experience in this field
Preferred
Marketing, Advertising, or Journalism degree
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and website editing
