Internet Sales Manager (5981)

TEAM Automotive Group is looking for a results-driven and strategic Internet Sales Manager to lead our digital sales and online customer engagement efforts. In this key role, you'll be responsible for growing internet sales, managing online vehicle listings, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and online visibility.

Develop and execute internet sales strategies to drive online traffic and convert leads into sales
Manage and optimize all online vehicle listings for accuracy, relevance, and appeal
Analyze digital performance metrics and customer data to identify trends and improve results
Train and support the sales team on internet lead follow-up and digital communication best practices
Maintain excellent relationships with online shoppers, ensuring a professional and seamless experience
Stay updated on automotive industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor activity
Monitor internet sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve growth targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all digital efforts

Required

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
Previous experience in a call center or automotive dealership environment is highly desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other related technology
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues efficiently
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
