Responsibilities

Provide overall management direction to multiple federal construction projects

Own full profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

Drive profitability through disciplined project execution and innovation

Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and project teams

Participate in post-award and design meetings with owners and architects

Perform thorough contract reviews and identify project risks

Provide written risk input to estimating teams

Collaborate on subcontractor and supplier selection strategies

Assist in developing detailed scopes of work prior to initial estimates

Review and take ownership of estimates at SD, DD, CD, and GMP stages

Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors

Establish, manage, and track project budgets and cost controls

Complete monthly WIP reporting

Complete full project buyout with all subcontracts and purchase orders in place

Maintain clear visibility of total project profit and labor costs

Achieve 100 percent submittal and sample approvals within 90 days of NTP
