Licensing + Special Projects Coordinator
Rhoback is a fast-growing active and lifestyle brand that is expanding its licensing partnerships and strategic initiatives across collegiate athletics and professional sports. The Licensing + Special Projects Coordinator will support the execution and growth of these efforts by managing licensed programs, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring smooth project execution from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of licensing partnerships across the NCAA, professional sports (i.e., PGA Tour), and special projects including brand partnerships and collabs
Support licensing execution including applications, approvals, timelines, artwork submissions, and compliance requirements
Track licensing agreements, deliverables, royalty reporting, and key deadlines
Support compliance with league, conference, and institutional licensing guidelines
Coordinate with licensors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure licensed products meet brand and league requirements
Support growth initiatives tied to new licensing opportunities
Help manage Rhoback’s quick-turn embroidery program as it relates to licensed products
Work closely with merchandising and design teams to manage licensed assortments and approval workflows
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely submissions
Assist with reconciling licensed SKUs and product categories for reporting purposes
Help build and manage licensing calendars, timelines, and key milestones
Conduct market research related to licensed categories, competitors, and pricing
Provide in-person support at events, tournaments, and partner activations as needed
Support cross-functional special projects related to new partnerships, product launches, and strategic initiativesHelp organize project plans, timelines, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track
Assist in research and preparation for new partnership and collaboration opportunities
Support coordination and execution of agreements and key deliverables
Assist with strategic outreach and relationship-building for potential partnerships
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in apparel, sports, licensing, operations, or a related field (internships included)
Familiarity with collegiate or professional sports licensing is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Interest in long-term growth within the sports or apparel industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
