Sales & Business Development Representative
SS&C Institutional and Investment Management is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to join their Wichita team. The role involves prospecting and closing new business through various methods while representing the brand with professionalism and energy.

Responsibilities
Prospect and close new business through door-to-door visits, calls, and networking
Walk into 40-50 businesses per day, plus residential canvassing near job sites
Use proven scripts and your own personality to pitch, quote, and close new accounts
Organize your pipeline in our CRM (training provided)
Represent the Squeegee Squad brand with professionalism and energy
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable with rejection
Organized, reliable, and hungry to learn
Willing to wear a uniform and represent our brand with pride
Able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with reliable transportation
Tech-savvy (smartphone, basic apps)
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
Preferred
Sales, canvassing, or customer service experience
CRM or sales software experience
A desire to build a career in sales or management
