Responsibilities
Provide both technical and career growth guidance to the team members and define the technical vision for the team
Work with many cross-functional teams and lead the planning, execution, and success of technical projects
Enable the continued innovation and progress within the platform through research and development
Manage the plans for the execution, testing, and roll-out of the solutions
Provide guidance in the design and development of large-scale analytics tools for rapid data analysis
Manage, mentor, and grow the team of software engineers
Create and foster a healthy and collaborative culture, encouraging individuals to take ownership of their projects and drive them to success
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in developing production software (C, C++, Python, or Java)
5+ years of experience working with distributed systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Strong analytical thinking to solve challenging problems
Preferred
5+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers
