Client Service Consultant
GTM Payroll & HR is a company specializing in payroll solutions since 1991, and they are seeking a Client Services Consultant to provide exceptional service to households. The role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and our company, establishing trust and rapport throughout the entire client lifecycle
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly via phone, live chat and email, demonstrating patience and empathy
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives
Handle complex and delicate situations with professionalism and discretion
Anticipate potential issues and proactively address client needs to maintain satisfaction
Provide support during client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into our services
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and escalations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services
Experience and comfort in a high-volume call environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage complex client interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, phone etiquette
Ability to navigate competing priorities and pivot when needed
Preferred
HR and payroll knowledge and experience
Sales experience
Associate degree or higher
