Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing assistance by answering questions, transferring calls, or taking messages
Cordially greet showroom guests and direct them as needed
Providing pricing information and stock availability, preparing small quantity fabric and wallcovering quotes, and conducting necessary follow-up communication
Assisting with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the showroom runs smoothly each day
