Maintain and manage the mainframe security environment using RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) and zSecure, ensuring proper identity management and user access controls aligned with industry standards
Configure and manage User, Group, Resource (including CICS & DB2), Dataset RACF Security profiles, and modify SETROPTS settings as required
Apply a deep understanding of RACF to manage access to mainframe resources, implementing security concepts such as access control, least privilege, and data protection
Provide Tier 3 support for mainframe security inquiries and service requests. Review and approve access requests based on established security policies
Maintain strong adherence to compliance standards and identity management processes
Troubleshoot RACF-related issues and provide effective solutions
Support compliance and auditing processes related to mainframe security
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication
Qualification
Required
Must be able to pass criminal, credit, employment, and education background checks
Minimum 5 years of experience in mainframe security
Maintain and manage the mainframe security environment using RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) and zSecure, ensuring proper identity management and user access controls aligned with industry standards
Configure and manage User, Group, Resource (including CICS & DB2), Dataset RACF Security profiles, and modify SETROPTS settings as required

10+ years of experience in mainframe security preferred
Experience with zSecure and ServiceNow
Familiarity with mainframe system commands and utilities (TSO, ISPF, JCL, REXX)
