Responsibilities

Leads complex, multi-disciplinary healthcare IT and HRIS projects across enterprise environments

Manages multiple large-scale initiatives involving HR systems, workforce management, and operational process redesign

Operates independently with expert authority, ensuring strategic alignment and successful project delivery

Coordinates cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure project success

Oversees all phases of project lifecycle—from planning through deployment and adoption—ensuring high standards and stakeholder engagement

Required

Significant experience leading enterprise HRIS, HCM, and WFM implementations, ideally within healthcare environments

Hands-on involvement with system configuration, workflow design, integrations, data migration, and deployment

Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational and technical interdependencies across large matrixed organizations

Strong proficiency in SQL, reporting tools such as Cognos, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and ETL tools like Informatica and SSIS

Experience with major HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, or PeopleFluent, including data validation and troubleshooting
