Responsibilities
Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently using existing accounting systems
Review, code, and verify invoices for accuracy, authorization, and policy compliance
Match invoices to purchase orders, pricing, and payment terms
Resolve discrepancies by communicating with vendors and internal teams
Manage accounts payable for multiple vendors and entities
Ensure timely payments while strictly following departmental procedures
Reconcile vendor statements and research aged invoices
Maintain the Accounts Payable inbox and follow up on outstanding items
Support continuous improvement while adhering to established workflows
Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
2+ years of Accounts Payable or similar experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up consistently
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems (ERP1+ a plus, not required)
