Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member
State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer with prior State Farm experience who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Account Manager, you will use your knowledge of insurance products to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Qualification
Required
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Able to learn computer functions
Ability to work in a team environment
Must currently hold relevant insurance licenses
Must have prior State Farm experience
