Responsibilities

Triage & Diagnosis: Analyze incoming tickets to determine if the root cause is User Error, API failure, Carrier issues (A2P), AI hallucination, etc
Traffic Control: Assign tickets to the correct developer or department (sending a prompt issue to the AI engineer vs. a registration issue to the Compliance team)
Issue Ownership: Act as the internal champion for the ticket, following up with developers to ensure it doesn't get lost. Following through is the most important aspect. Getting things 85% done is our worst enemy
Client Communication: Translate technical solutions into plain English and update the client once resolved. We TRY to avoid zoom calls and phone calls, but those are generally the best forms of squashing fires or prompt communication during an emergency

Qualification

Required

Experience with Zendesk, Retell, GoHighLevel, and Clickup are non-negotiable
Understanding of A2P 10DLC, Twilio/LC Phone, and SMS compliance
Ability to read basic API logs or Webhook data to identify where a break occurred
Familiarity with prompting and how Chat/Voice AI bots function
