Account Manager
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships
Handle high-volume customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service levels are maintained
Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in account management or customer service roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
