Responsibilities
Drive transformative changes to the infrastructure powering the Apple Online Store
Ensure seamless integration, high performance, and scalability in digital content production, management, and distribution workflows
Tap into your expertise in process and systems design to help architect a scalable e-commerce platform
Define, develop, and implement new systemic capabilities and workflows for agile, efficient digital content production, management, and distribution
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 6+ years of relevant professional experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of effectively briefing executives and multi-functional partners, articulating technically sophisticated concepts clearly and concisely
Technical expertise in digital content systems, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and Syndication Management Systems (SMS)
Experience using advanced analytics tools and libraries, including Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib, to analyze structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data and generate actionable insights for business decisions
Preferred
Experience applying problem solving frameworks (DMAIC, kaizen, etc.) and process improvement methodologies (six sigma, lean, TQM, etc.) to drive operational excellence
Experience leveraging emerging technologies like AI, ML, and LLMs to automate and optimize digital content workflows and advance validation automation strategies
Experience with SDLC methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, RAD) to facilitate effective collaboration with technical business partners
Experience using test automation tools and frameworks for mobile and web, such as Selenium, Appium etc
