HR Generalist
Valley Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to handle various human resources projects and duties. The role involves managing talent acquisition, implementing company policies, and supporting employee relations and training initiatives.

Responsibilities
Recruiting, sourcing and interviewing prospective candidates for open positions
Supports and mediates employee issues and complaints and facilitates human resources-related company management meetings
Maintaining and managing performance records of employees
Supports departmental employee retention throughout the organization
Facilitate and develop training classes/seminars/manuals for new and current employees
Design and conduct employee orientation
Administer and explain benefits to employees and serve as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers
Recommend, develop, and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
Develop and maintain relationships with employees throughout the organization
Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, local universities, and other recruitment resources
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource, Business or Health Administration
