CUBE USA is a SaaS platform designed for Building Management Systems contractors, supporting the entire project lifecycle. They are seeking a Sales Operations & Outreach Assistant to enhance sales execution and manage leads, focusing on inbound inquiries and CRM data accuracy.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries and emails
Share general product information and route technical questions to the sales representative
Maintain accurate CRM records (lead source, status, activities, webinars, demos, follow-ups)
Ensure timely and well-documented lead handoffs
Identify and research potential prospects via LinkedIn
Initiate one-to-one outreach conversations using existing CUBE content
Track outreach activity and interactions in the CRM
Track results from organic content and webinars in spreadsheets
Support operational content uploads on CUBE platforms
Qualification
Required
Junior or semi-junior (1–3 years of experience)
Strong written English skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM tools and spreadsheets
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify follow-up opportunities and initiate conversations independently
Interest in sales operations and B2B environments
Preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator is a plus
