Responsibilities

Lead configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM modules including Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Payroll
Work with Public Sector clients (government, state, local, or federal) to understand HR and payroll requirements
Gather and translate business requirements into functional Oracle HCM solutions
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reporting
Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and production go-live activities
Ensure compliance with public sector regulations, labor laws, and payroll standards

Required
