Responsibilities
Examine raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications
Record findings and maintain detailed inspection reports
Note any non-conformances and communicate them to relevant departments
Verify that products meet industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements
Follow ISO, Schneider Electric Standards, or other applicable quality standards
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Suggest improvements to inspection procedures or product design
Conducting in-process, final, and incoming inspections
Experience with non-conformance reporting (NCR) and quality audits
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
2+ years of experience in quality inspection
Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
Experience with basic computer skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred
Conducting in-process, final, and incoming inspections
Experience with non-conformance reporting (NCR) and quality audits
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Effective communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage time efficient
Good computer skills in Microsoft; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
