Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls from customers and internal team members, providing timely and professional support

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to initiate the sales process by scheduling in-home or virtual design consultations

Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products and services to assist customers throughout the sales process, including showroom tours

Coordinate and manage scheduling for consultations, showroom visits, and complex installation schedules involving multiple timelines and stakeholders

Support the remote sales team by processing paperwork, collecting payments, and handling customer communications

Maintain and update the customer database, process incoming documentation, and manage workflow for new sales opportunities

Serve as a primary point of contact for client issues, ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution

Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities, including dynamic and complex install schedules, and frequent interruptions

Utilize computer systems and software including Salesforce, Outlook, and Google Workspace to support daily operations

Communicate clearly and professionally through written and verbal correspondence
