Responsibilities
Support and manage Dynamics 365 across Finance, HR, and Call Center (Customer Care) modules
IVR integration and setup
Administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Hands-on support for Finance, HR, and Call Center/Customer Care modules
User management, security roles, workflows, and system configuration
Troubleshooting, monitoring, and day-to-day CRM support
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Qualification
Required
Strong experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Hands-on support for Finance, HR, and Call Center/Customer Care modules
IVR setup and integration experience
User management, security roles, workflows, and system configuration
Troubleshooting, monitoring, and day-to-day CRM support
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Experience with integrations and third-party tools
Prior enterprise or multi-department CRM environments
