Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) programs and features within Apple Media Products (AMP)
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent ML/GenAI features, encompassing scope definition, requirements gathering, timeline management, and resource allocation
Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners (Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations) to define product roadmaps and manage the feature intake pipeline
Spearhead initiatives to optimize feature development and execution processes within the Apple Media Products organization, driving continuous improvement
Contribute to the overall ML/GenAI strategy for AMP, effectively communicating program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders at all levels
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in program or technical product management within the Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) software development domain
5+ years of progressive program management experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to launch
2+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Preferred
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop actionable solutions in the GenAI space
Best-in-class communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Demonstrated success in delivering complex, customer-facing and backend ML/GenAI projects under tight deadlines
Experience building and deploying global ML/GenAI products through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Design, etc.)
