Solicit, analyze, and meet with contractors for bids on all new development projects
Prepare and submit contracts for execution
Visit development sites weekly and manage contractors through all stages of development to completion
Build parks, monuments, amenities, and landscaping
Perform final walks with local jurisdictions for street, water/sewer acceptance and bond release
Work with dry utility companies to ensure that utilities are scheduled and monitor through completion
Some travel may be required as needed
Qualification
Required
At least 5+ years of land development experience
A valid driver's license
