Responsibilities
Lead and execute the business development strategy for biologics development and commercial manufacturing services
Drive client acquisition, deal execution, and contract negotiation
Serve as executive sponsor for key and strategic accounts
Oversee the commercial function, including marketing, account management, proposals, and pricing
Align commercial strategy with operational capacity and long-term growth plans
Build and lead a high-performing commercial and BD team
Collaborate closely with operations, technical, quality, and executive leadership
Represent the company externally with clients and at industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field
10+ years of commercial or business development experience in biologics CDMO or biomanufacturing
Proven track record closing complex development and commercial manufacturing deals
Strong understanding of biologics manufacturing and CDMO operating models
Experience operating in a small, growing organization with a hands-on leadership style
