Responsibilities
Program, modify, and troubleshoot Siemens S7-300, S7-400, and S7-1500 PLCs using SIMATIC Manager, TIA Portal, and Step 7
Support and maintain automation systems, robotics, and industrial conveyor systems
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve automation and electrical issues
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery
Ensure system reliability and process efficiency within the manufacturing environment
Maintain and update system documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Associate's degree a plus
Minimum 5+ years of controls engineering experience
Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-level industrial environment
Hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1500)
Proficiency in SIMATIC Manager, TIA Portal, and Step 7
Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with safety systems, PLCs, and light curtains preferred
