Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on backend portal design, integrations, and custom applications

Lead development of end-user device automation workflows within an IT on Demand (ITOD) instance

Design and implement custom ServiceNow applications leveraging best practices for performance, maintainability, and security

Develop and maintain complex server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, REST integrations)

Build and extend ServiceNow portal experiences, including AngularJS-based components where required

Design and manage integrations with external systems using REST, APIs, and middleware where applicable

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency

Contribute to solution architecture decisions, technical standards, and development best practices

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the platform
