Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills with the ability to address customer inquiries effectively
Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to assist with account-related matters
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry is a plus
a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
