Responsibilities
Conducts market analysis to inform product strategy, build business cases, and maintain deep knowledge of customers, competitors, and industry trends
Supports sales and marketing through product training, content expertise, campaign development, and representing the organization at industry events
Manages and enhances assigned products by identifying improvements, overseeing maintenance activities, and serving as a subject matter expert across internal and external partners
Leads and collaborates on cross‑functional projects to align product objectives, ensure information flow, and assess organizational impacts on people, technology, and workflow
May serve as project manager for product and service development initiatives of small to moderate scope
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field required
5+ years of group insurance experience, product management experience, or underwriting related experience
Working knowledge of voluntary/worksite products (i.e. critical illness, accident/hospital indemnity, life, and disability)
Preferred
industry designation (i.e. CLU, RHU, CEBS)
