Responsibilities

Translate design intent into fully realized 3D programs or elements
Manage the development process, including planning, budgeting, supplier management, drawing reviews, production reviews, and presentation delivery
Travel internationally and domestically

Required

7+ years of experience in events, exhibition, and/or retail fixture development and production
Experience in strategic project management within, not limited to, a design agency, architecture firm, or in-house studio
Familiarity with a wide variety of production methods, architectural and engineering drawings, along with sophisticated knowledge of project management tools, fixture development standards, and construction practices

Preferred

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead project teams, handle cross-functional collaboration, and coordinate and drive project success
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with collaborators at peer and manager levels
Strong eye for quality, technical details, and meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions and optimize processes for maximum efficiency
BA or BS degree preferred, or relevant experience
