Responsibilities
Lead technical Product Management for agentic AI solutions from inception, focusing on productivity, metrics monitoring systems, and client log management
Demonstrate thought leadership and systems thinking through system design, technical architecture understanding, and influencing engineering decisions
Accountable for driving large-scale, cross-organizational programs (e.g., Teams Reliability), leveraging robust data analysis and insights
Forge strong partnerships with customer feedback teams, product feature teams, and external customers to ensure success and goal achievement
Define critical metrics and KPIs for program performance; track progress via dashboards, status communication, and low-code automation
Lead and actively participate in monthly LT forums; present program progress, risks, and dependencies; manage escalations effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Exceptional cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate needs and requirements from a tenant perspective
Solid skillset in project management, leadership, dependency management, and cross-group collaboration, with a proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple partners
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels, both technical and non-technical
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience
8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
Experience in building AI Products that focus on productivity improvements for different user persona
Innate curiosity and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-changing startup environment
Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative attitude and a bias for action are encouraged to apply
