Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for power transformers
Perform transformer installation, assembly, commissioning, testing, and maintenance
Deliver post-sales technical support and customer solutions
Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation
Collaborate with customers, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2–5+ years of hands-on experience working with transformers
Strong experience with power transformer assembly and testing
Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred
Proficiency with utility software and AutoCAD
Leadership experience is a plus
