Business Development Manager
Premier Exteriors is a company focused on providing unmatched quality and reliable service in the exterior services market. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and maintaining customer relationships within the North Florida region.

Responsibilities
Create visibility in the local market to generate new leads and further expand Premier Exteriors' footprint
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth within the region
Join local clubs and attend events, paid for by Premier Exteriors
Create new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
Work with Pre-Con to prepare bids for potential clients, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing
Conduct product and pricing research to stay competitive in the market
Contract Fulfillment
Ensure that sales align with customer expectations, handling contract fulfillment with professionalism
Software and Tool Proficiency (Excel, CRM, & NetSuite)
Track lead follow-ups in our CRM with detailed notes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the home construction, commercial construction, or supply side of the industry
Strong understanding of exterior products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive approach to generating leads and growing the business
