Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, including repairs and maintenance, across multiple office and retail locations
Manage building technicians (where applicable) and oversee third-party vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
Provide comprehensive facilities support covering interior and exterior building systems, infrastructure, and grounds
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders through exceptional client service
Oversee operations for a geographically dispersed portfolio, ensuring consistency and compliance across sites
Manage budgets, contracts, and service agreements while identifying cost optimization opportunities
Ensure performance aligns with internal service standards and client-defined metrics
Proactively address maintenance issues, emergencies, and operational risks to minimize downtime
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on facilities management experience within a large corporate or multi-site environment
Strong communication and follow-up skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and vendors
Solid understanding of building systems, site infrastructure, maintenance practices, and safety standards
Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and facilities management systems (CMMS)
Willingness to travel as required; valid driver's license required
Preferred
Exposure to project management or operational leadership is strongly preferred
Experience supporting secure or regulated environments (banking or similar industries preferred)
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
