Responsibilities
Lead and support the execution of select Transaction Services client engagements
Prepare client deliverables, analyses, and reports
Improve and implement internal processes, procedures, and templates for the practice
Active involvement in the firm’s business development efforts
Active involvement in the firm’s operations and strategy
Mentor and develop junior team members
Qualification
Required
4-8 years of transaction services (TS or TAS) or Financial due diligence (FDD) experience
3-5 years of leadership experience
CPA license is required
Extensive knowledge of GAAP and financial due diligence
Manager/Vice President or Senior Manager/Senior Vice President experience
Demonstrated experience in project management with strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Benefits
