Tailored Management is seeking a Software Engineer III to support efforts in performing data mitigations on large scale datasets. The role involves processing data, optimizing workflows, implementing frontend and backend features, and collaborating with project teams.

Responsibilities

Processing data mitigations: pre-processing, executing mitigation pipelines and post-processing
Optimization: identify optimization opportunities and improve the process
Implement the frontend (in React) and backend (in PHP or Python) of new features
Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions
Attend project meetings and work as part of a project team to coordinate software development and determine project scope and limitations

Qualification

Required

Python experience a must
Data management experience, e.g. SQL, process large data
Able to be flexible and work well in different environments with varying tasks and responsibilities
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
Basic knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery
Basic ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software

Optimization: identify optimization opportunities and improve the process
Implement the frontend (in React) and backend (in PHP or Python) of new features
