Develop graphics and visualizations that bring strategic priorities and initiatives to life
Create visually compelling presentations, infographics, and collateral for executive leadership and internal communications
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective visual solutions
Support the development and execution of a visual communications strategy across the organization
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of design quality
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years in graphic design or visual communications
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Keynote)
Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset
Interest in strategy and operational excellence; ability to align visuals with organizational goals
Preferred
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to simplify complex concepts visually
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
Flexible and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills
High energy and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for impactful design
