Provide customer service support to banking clients, assisting with account setup, basic treasury or cash management services, and day-to-day inquiries
Support onboarding and servicing of commercial or business banking clients by coordinating documentation and internal processes
Handle client communication via phone and email while maintaining accurate records and meeting service standards
Work closely with internal banking teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
