Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end influencer discovery, sourcing, and vetting across platforms and verticals including fashion, beauty, tech, wellness, travel, entertainment and lifestyle
Use a combination of CreatorIQ, Hype Auditor and direct outreach to evaluate creators based on audience data, performance metrics, brand alignment, and campaign objectives
Build strategic, data-backed creator shortlists that balance creativity, scale, performance, and brand safety
Design and support top-tier influencer strategies for large-scale, high-budget campaigns (often $1M+)
Translate brand goals into scalable influencer talent approaches for global Fortune 1000 clients
Partner with internal strategy, creative, and campaign teams to refine talent direction throughout campaign lifecycles
Confidently support high-stakes client conversations, including C-level presentations, talent rationale, and sourcing strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
Stay ahead of emerging platforms, content trends, and creator engagement best practices
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, client feedback, and campaign needs
Maintain accurate, detailed creator records and insights within CreatorIQ
Contribute to improving sourcing methodologies, workflows, and best practices
Support RFIs and RFPs, providing expert-level talent strategy input and creator recommendations
Ensure all sourcing aligns with brand safety, legal, and compliance standards
While talent sourcing will be the primary focus, this is a flex role that may also include white-glove campaign management and creative strategy exploration, as needed across the organization

Required

Proven experience sourcing, vetting, and managing influencer talent for large-scale campaigns ($1M+ budgets)
Hands-on CreatorIQ experience (required) — not just exposure
Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple clients and timelines
Experience supporting or leading C-level client calls and presentations
Experience sourcing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and other emerging platforms
Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including emerging platforms, content trends, and creator engagement best practices
Strong understanding of influencer metrics, audience data, and platform-specific performance
Familiarity with creator negotiations or talent management workflows
Experience working on large-scale or always-on influencer programs
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple concurrent projects, and pivot quickly as priorities evolve
