Responsibilities

Processing Accounts Payable, including entering invoices, coordinating payments, processing expense reports, and handling check requests

Conducting regular and urgent check runs, maintaining vendor records, and researching vendor and employee inquiries

Communicating regularly with Operations and Accounting teams on AP workflow, serving as a resource for support

Preparing bank reconciliations and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger

Assisting with government reporting (e.g., sales taxes, 1099s, unclaimed property)

Supporting special projects and other duties as assigned
