This role involves leading the testing process for innovative football footwear, collaborating with athletes and cross-functional teams to capture insights that shape product decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of product testing, including planning, execution, and reporting
Recruit and maintain relationships with testers and athletes
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and performance gaps
Present findings and recommendations to Innovation Product Creation teams
Lead feedback sessions to capture athlete insights and specify fit, performance, and durability issues
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence product decisions
Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally to support testing initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Development, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional environment; footwear, product testing, development, or related fields preferred
Strong analytical skills with experience in perception studies and consumer insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with statistical analysis tools
