Make outbound phone calls to U.S.-based businesses from a remote/home office
Educate business owners on Government Marketplace’s government contracting consulting and registration services
Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments for senior consultants
Follow call scripts and compliance standards
Document all interactions in our CRM
Meet or exceed productivity and performance goals
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication skills
Professional phone presence
Basic computer and CRM skills
Dependable and performance-driven

Prior sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred
