Innoverity Services Co. is looking for an AI Voice Performance Director who will own the end-to-end performance quality of AI-generated dialogue for film and series. This role involves shaping character voices, directing emotional delivery, and ensuring natural and consistent dialogue delivery.

Responsibilities

Voice Design & Casting: Define each character’s voice identity (“vocal DNA”). Choose or shape voices/models that fit the character’s age, personality, and story context, and keep them consistent over time

Script & Emotion Markup: Read scripts like a performance director. Add clear performance notes and tags (emotion, intensity, subtext, sarcasm/irony, pauses, breaths, pace) so the AI knows •how• to deliver each line

Performance Direction (AI Voices): Create and refine “takes” the way a director would. Adjust delivery (timing, pace, emphasis, energy, pitch/intonation) until it matches the scene and feels believable

Consistency & Quality Control: Maintain voice continuity across episodes and seasons. Catch and fix anything that feels synthetic—odd timing, unnatural emotion shifts, or voice drift between scenes

Lip-sync & Natural Delivery Polish: Fine-tune timing, emphasis, and pronunciation so dialogue feels human and matches on-screen mouth movement
