Responsibilities
Handle complex commercial litigation matters for clients represented by both the New York and New Jersey offices
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery (including electronic discovery), and take and defend depositions
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs
Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and case development
Contribute to trial preparation, arbitration hearings, and appellate briefing
Collaborate closely with Members and other attorneys to develop creative, business-oriented litigation strategies
Work seamlessly with colleagues across offices to ensure consistent and effective client representation
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Candidates admitted only in New Jersey must be eligible and willing to promptly waive into the New York Bar
3–6 years of litigation experience in a law firm or similar professional environment
Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
